| About HertzFlow HertzFlow (https://www.hertzflow.xyz/ ) is building the World Leverage Engine — a permissionless perpetual DEX that enables anyone to launch leverage markets around any asset with a reliable oracle price. As we prepare for mainnet launch, we are looking for an AI-native operator who can combine creativity, execution, and modern AI tooling to help grow HertzFlow's brand, community, and ecosystem presence. * This is not a traditional marketing role. We are looking for someone who uses AI daily, learns new tools quickly, and can turn ideas into content, campaigns, events, and community engagement at startup speed. What We’re Looking For: | AI-Powered Content & Social Operations - Use AI tools to create text, graphics, videos, animations, music, memes, and promotional materials. - Create engaging posts, threads, memes, announcements, and educational content. - Monitor market trends, narratives, and community discussions to identify opportunities for content and engagement. - Manage HertzFlow's daily content across Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Binance Square, and other social platforms. | Community Growth & Engagement - Maintain active communication with community members.Drive discussions, campaigns, contests, and community activities. - Help create a strong culture around the HertzFlow brand with AMAs, Twitter Spaces, livestreams, and partnership campaigns. - Support co-marketing campaigns, trading competitions, referral programs, and ecosystem initiatives with projects, KOLs, exchanges, and communities.
Requirements
| Experience - 1–3 years of experience in community, operations, marketing, growth, content creation, or related fields. - Strong understanding of crypto, DeFi, exchanges, and on-chain culture. - Active crypto user with genuine interest in the industry. | AI Skills - Familiar with modern AI tools and workflows. - Experience using tools such as: ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, Suno, or other AI creative and productivity tools - Comfortable learning and adopting new AI products quickly. | Communication Skills - Strong writing and communication abilities in English and Chinese. - Strong sense of internet culture, memes, and social media trends. - Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. | Nice to Have - Experience managing crypto communities and running Twitter, Telegram, Discord, or Binance Square accounts. - Sense of art with graphic design, video editing, or motion design experience. - Experience with vibe coding and building simple scripts, automations, agents, or internal tools. - Familiarity with APIs, AI workflows, and no-code/low-code automation platforms is a plus. - Experience organizing online campaigns, Spaces, or community events. - Personal social media following or content creation portfolio. - Experience building AI agents, automations, or internal productivity tools.
