About the role
• Lead recruitment for Product, Engineering, Design, Data, AI, and related roles; • Develop hiring plans based on business needs, define role requirements, and build clear candidate profiles; • Proactively source candidates through job platforms, LinkedIn, GitHub, recruitment agencies, and industry communities; • Independently manage resume screening, interviews, offer discussions, and onboarding follow-up; • Optimize recruitment channels and hiring processes, and build a strong talent pipeline for Web3 product and engineering roles;
Requirements
• 3+ years of HR or recruitment experience, with strong expertise in hiring for product and technical roles; • Familiar with Web3 product and engineering talent markets and relevant sourcing channels; • Strong candidate sourcing, communication, coordination, and assessment skills; • Highly responsible, able to work independently, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment; • Experience at a crypto exchange, crypto wallet, DEX, or on-chain trading platform is a plus; • Experience recruiting for AI, algorithms, mobile, blockchain, trading systems, or quantitative roles is a plus; • An existing network of Web3 product and engineering talent, or prior startup hiring experience, is preferred.
