HertzFlow is designed for the next generation of on-chain markets, including long-tail assets, RWAs, commodities, stocks, indices, and event-driven markets. Our mission is simple: Make any asset tradable with leverage, permissionlessly. As we approach mainnet launch, we are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to help expand HertzFlow's ecosystem and establish strategic relationships across the crypto industry. | Responsibilities Strategic Partnerships & Community Relations - Build and maintain relationships with projects, protocols, wallets, exchanges, market makers, liquidity providers, communities, and ecosystem partners. - Identify and execute partnership opportunities that drive trading volume, liquidity, and user growth. - Coordinate co-marketing campaigns, listings, integrations, and ecosystem collaborations. - Develop relationships with KOLs, influencers, trading communities, and key opinion leaders across global markets. - Manage partnership discussions and ongoing collaboration programs. - Identify emerging communities and distribution channels relevant to DeFi traders. Ecosystem Growth - Build meaningful relationships with founders, investors, traders, and ecosystem participants. - Help design onboarding processes for partners, traders, and liquidity providers. Gather market feedback and relay insights to the product team. - Represent HertzFlow at industry conferences, meetups, networking events, and ecosystem gatherings. - Organize and support online and offline events to strengthen HertzFlow's brand presence. - Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to support HertzFlow's growth strategy.
Requirements
Experience: - 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, KOL, Growth, Community, or related roles within crypto. - Minimum 5 years of active participation in cryptocurrency trading and markets. - Deep familiarity with DeFi, perpetual exchanges, trading platforms, and on-chain ecosystems. - Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills in both English and Chinese (written and spoken). - Comfortable engaging with founders, executives, traders, KOLs, and community leaders. - Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment. Nice to Have: - Existing network of crypto projects, exchanges, KOLs, trading communities, market makers, or LPs. - Experience working at a crypto exchange, DeFi protocol, trading firm, or Web3 startup. - Experience organizing events, AMAs, Spaces, or ecosystem campaigns. - Familiarity with perpetual DEXs, liquidity management, or market structure.
