About the role
AllScale is looking for Country Community MODs to help us grow local communities and expand awareness for our stablecoin payment products in different regional markets. You will be responsible for supporting local users, managing community conversations, promoting AllScale campaigns, collecting market feedback, and identifying potential merchants, Web3 projects, KOLs, communities, agencies, and local partners. This role is ideal for someone with Web3 community experience, local market knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to help AllScale build local presence from the ground up. You will work closely with the AllScale team to support community operations, product education, local campaign execution, and lead generation. The goal is not only to keep the community active, but also to help identify real business opportunities for AllScale’s stablecoin payment products, including Checkout, Payment Links, Invoicing, Payout, Payroll, and Telegram Bot Shop. We are looking for candidates who can combine community management, local market insight, and business development support to help AllScale expand into high-potential markets globally.
Requirements
- Experience in Web3 community management, moderation, ambassador programs, local growth, user support, or community operations. - Familiar with Telegram, Discord, X/Twitter, and other community or social platforms. - Good understanding of Web3, crypto, stablecoins, wallets, exchanges, or payment-related products. - Able to support local users, answer basic product questions, and guide users to understand AllScale’s payment products. - Strong communication skills and a responsible, proactive working attitude. - Able to help promote AllScale campaigns, product updates, events, AMAs, and educational content in the local market. - Able to identify and collect potential leads, including merchants, Web3 projects, KOLs, local communities, agencies, and business partners. - Local market resources, KOL connections, merchant networks, or Web3 community resources are strong pluses. - Able to communicate in English and at least one local language. - Comfortable working remotely and reporting community activity, user feedback, and lead progress regularly. - Experience supporting local campaigns, referral programs, AMAs, online events, or community growth initiatives is preferred.
