About the role
Drive user growth and build a trusted global ecosystem at the intersection of AI data and accessibility. You will manage a two-sided marketplace—engaging specialized communities (C-end) while onboarding key institutional partners like NGOs, associations, and rehabilitation clinics (B-end)—to power next-generation inclusive AI datasets. Your core focus will be optimizing global user acquisition and retention funnels through data-driven strategies, while designing platform-wide incentive systems to amplify long-term engagement and network effects.
Requirements
Experience: 2–5 years in growth operations or data platforms, with proven global/overseas market experience. Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the accessibility sector, social impact, or related trusted industries; strong empathy for specialized communities. Skills: Strong dual-track experience (B2B partnerships & B2C growth) and solid data analytics skills. Traits: Highly self-driven, agile learner.
