Senior ERP Developer / ERP Technical Lead

About the role
1. Design and develop core modules of an enterprise-grade ERP system, including key business domains such as finance, supply chain, settlement, treasury management, and reporting, supporting complex enterprise business scenarios. 2. Participate in the overall technical architecture design and evolution of the ERP platform, building enterprise systems with high availability, scalability, and reliability. 3. Lead the development of core functionalities, conduct code reviews, and establish engineering standards, promoting standardized development processes, code quality standards, and continuous integration practices. 4. Collaborate with product managers, implementation consultants, and business teams to deeply understand enterprise financial and operational workflows, translating complex business requirements into system design solutions. 5. Design and implement integrations with third-party systems such as payment systems, banking systems, tax systems, or other enterprise platforms. 6. Provide technical support during project implementation and client delivery, resolving technical challenges in complex business scenarios. 7. Promote the adoption of AI-assisted development workflows, including AI code generation, AI-driven code reviews, automated test generation, and AI-assisted technical documentation, to enhance development efficiency and code quality. 8. Mentor and guide development team members, improving the overall technical capability of the team.
Requirements
1. 5–8+ years of experience in enterprise software development, including at least 3 years of ERP or large-scale business system development. 2. Strong understanding of ERP system architecture and enterprise business processes, such as financial management, supply chain, or inventory management modules. 3. Proficient in mainstream backend programming languages and frameworks such as Java, .NET, or Python, with a solid foundation in software engineering. 4. Strong experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle), including complex SQL and data modeling. 5. Experience in distributed systems or microservices architecture, with familiarity in API design and system integration. 6. Familiar with modern engineering practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps. 7. Experience delivering large-scale enterprise digitalization or enterprise IT projects is preferred; consulting firm background is a plus. Preferred Experience 1. Experience building large-scale ERP systems from scratch (0→1) or leading major core module refactoring. 2. Familiarity with financial accounting, taxation, or treasury management system logic. 3. Experience integrating enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, HR, BI, or payment platforms. 4. Experience with cloud architecture or SaaS-based ERP product development.
