About the role
AllScale is looking for a full-time Senior Business Development Manager to lead our global business expansion in stablecoin payments. This role is designed for an experienced BD professional with strong industry resources, proven sales execution ability, and a deep understanding of Web3, stablecoins, crypto payments, fintech, merchant acquisition, and cross-border payment use cases. You will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and converting high-quality clients and strategic partners, including Web3 projects, AI platforms, merchants, fintech companies, wallets, exchanges, payment service providers, event organizers, agencies, enterprise clients, and ecosystem partners. The ideal candidate should not only be able to generate leads, but also independently manage the full BD cycle: sourcing opportunities, qualifying client needs, pitching AllScale’s products, coordinating demos, negotiating cooperation terms, driving product adoption, and converting opportunities into active users, paying customers, or long-term strategic partners. AllScale provides stablecoin payment products including Checkout, Invoicing, Payout, Payroll, and Crypto cards. The BD lead will help bring these products into real business scenarios such as cross-border collection, merchant checkout, Web3 service payments, AI agent payments, creator/KOL payments, community commerce, event payments, and global team payouts. This is a key GTM role for AllScale. We are looking for someone who can bring market insight, client resources, execution discipline, and strong ownership to help AllScale scale its stablecoin payment business globally.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, ecosystem growth, merchant acquisition, fintech, payments, or Web3-related GTM roles. - Proven experience in Web3, stablecoins, crypto payments, wallets, exchanges, fintech, payment infrastructure, SaaS, or cross-border commerce. - Strong existing network among Web3 projects, merchants, fintech companies, wallets, exchanges, payment companies, AI platforms, agencies, KOLs, communities, or enterprise clients. - Ability to independently source, approach, qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close business opportunities. - Strong understanding of stablecoin payment use cases, including checkout, invoicing, payment links, payouts, payroll, merchant collection, and cross-border payments. - Experience working with merchants, project founders, business owners, ecosystem partners, or senior decision-makers. - Able to convert relationships into real business outcomes, such as demos, product trials, integrations, transactions, partnerships, or customer referrals. - Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills. - Able to work full-time in a fast-moving startup environment with high ownership and self-discipline. - Data-driven and process-oriented, with the ability to manage leads, track pipelines, follow up consistently, and report progress clearly. - Fluent English communication is required. Additional languages and local market experience are strong pluses. - Experience in Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa, Latin America, Europe, or other high-potential stablecoin payment markets is preferred.
