Go‑Backend Engineer
SmartX · Remote · Mid
About the role
1. Be responsible for backend R&D of the platform’s core on‑chain trading modules, including the development and iteration of trading workflows for meme coins, multi‑chain tokens, smart contracts and prediction markets. Integrate with DEXs and on‑chain RPC endpoints, and implement features such as on‑chain signing, order placement, transaction broadcasting, and transaction receipt parsing. 2. Build systems for the collection, cleansing, aggregation, storage and distribution of on‑chain market data and meme‑ecosystem data. Develop data services covering on‑chain token monitoring, new token scanning, on‑chain whale‑wallet tracking and popularity metrics to support the roll‑out of AI‑driven intelligent recommendation capabilities. 3. Develop backend platform services to ensure high availability, high concurrency and low latency in production environments. Design business decoupling solutions, properly manage complex transaction states, and carry out service monitoring, troubleshooting and performance optimization. 4. Lead engineering‑efficiency initiatives, implement workflows including CI/CD continuous integration, automated testing, canary releases and online operation & maintenance to boost the team’s delivery efficiency. 5. Deeply participate in business requirement reviews and technical solution design for the meme‑coin vertical. Gain in‑depth understanding of meme‑coin trading scenarios, hype cycles and user‑behavior patterns, and collaborate with product, frontend and AI teams to iterate trading‑terminal products. 6. Keep abreast of cutting‑edge technologies and market trends within the blockchain ecosystem and meme‑coin vertical, produce technical research reports, and continuously optimize the product architecture.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Computer Science or related disciplines. 2. Solid computer‑science fundamentals with proficiency in common data structures, algorithms, computer networking, and operating‑system principles. 3. Hands‑on development proficiency in Go, with practical experience in asynchronous and concurrent programming. 4. Skilled in MySQL and Redis; familiar with message‑queue systems such as Kafka; possess hands‑on experience building distributed systems. 5. Expertise in high‑concurrency system design, adept at business decoupling, distributed transactions, and complex state management. 6. Understand fundamental blockchain principles; be familiar with at least one public chain such as EVM‑compatible chains or Solana. Have backend development experience covering on‑chain interaction, DEX integration, or meme‑coin‑related projects. 7. Familiar with the meme‑coin ecosystem, including meme‑coin market mechanics, hype dynamics, and on‑chain data metrics. Prior experience developing meme‑focused tools, on‑chain scanners, or trading bots is a plus. 8. Possess strong curiosity toward Web3 and AI‑driven trading verticals, with strong self‑learning capability, self‑motivation, and ownership mindset. 9. Must be fully proficient in AI‑assisted software development and AI Agent tools. Be capable of independently applying these tools across backend requirement analysis, technical solution design, Go coding, debugging, unit/integration testing, performance optimization, code review, and technical‑documentation authoring. Competency shall not be limited to conversational Q&A or trivial code completion. 10. Skilled in task decomposition, prompt engineering, context management, code‑base search, terminal & tool invocation, long‑running task execution, and Agent workflow orchestration. Able to combine AI with Git, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, APIs, databases, MCP or comparable tool protocols. 11. Capable of validating AI outputs and enforcing security governance. Able to identify hallucinations, unsafe code and incorrect technical conclusions. Establish closed‑loop validation via compilation, automated testing, static analysis, benchmarking, manual review and result reproduction. Strictly comply with requirements for code security, data protection, secret‑key management, permission control and privacy preservation. 12. Be ready to present at least one real‑world case where you leveraged AI/Agent tools to improve R&D efficiency or deliver higher‑quality outputs. During practical interview sessions, you should explain task breakdown, tool selection, human‑in‑the‑loop checkpoints, validation methodologies, and quantifiable benefits.
