Regional Growth Manager

About the role

1. Responsibilities 1) Regional growth strategy & execution (end-to-end owner) Independently define and own the overall user-acquisition and growth strategy for your market (India / Turkey); build and prove out local channels and partnership models from 0 to 1. Combine StableStock's product strengths (stablecoin-settled access to US / global equities) with the local user landscape to design differentiated market-entry paths and growth playbooks. Take direct ownership of core metrics — new users, activation, trading conversion — for your market, with weekly / monthly reviews and continuous optimization. 2) Channel development & partnership execution Develop local channels including US-stock / investing communities, the brokerage ecosystem, and content platforms; design and drive partnership models and incentive programs (joint campaigns, rev-share, co-created content, etc.). Track partnership performance, monitor key data, and continuously iterate on the partnership model and strategy. 3) KOL partnerships & campaign management Source and maintain local KOL relationships across US / Hong Kong / Korean / Taiwan equities, asset allocation, and crypto assets (X / YouTube / Telegram / local platforms). Define KOL partnership strategy and content direction (livestreams, long-form posts, strategy shares, product reviews, etc.) and drive content output and conversion. Track campaign data, run regular post-mortems, and build a repeatable, localized SOP for KOL campaigns and partnerships. 4) Data & goal management Break down company growth targets and own core metrics: channel acquisition, activation, and trading conversion. Build a data-monitoring framework for channel / KOL partnerships, produce analytical reports, and refine assets and proposal templates to improve overall BD efficiency.

Requirements

2. Requirements 1) Must-haves Must have prior experience at an exchange / online brokerage, AND hands-on experience in the local India or Turkey market (having owned growth / BD / channels / operations at a local exchange, brokerage, or investing platform). Strong self-direction & ownership: able to define the problem, break down the goals, and drive execution to the finish in an environment with limited direction and limited resources — owning the outcome end to end. We want someone who can self-drive the full pipeline, not someone who waits for instructions. Local language + bilingual ability: native fluency in your market's language (Hindi / Turkish), plus solid written and verbal communication in English or Chinese (the team's cross-border working languages). 2) Background & experience Bachelor's degree or above, any major; finance, economics, or marketing preferred. 3+ years of experience, including at least 1–2 years owning growth or channel BD at an exchange / online brokerage, with a clear understanding of the brokerage / exchange business model and the local user base. Prior end-to-end experience taking a market / channel from 0 to 1 is a plus. 3) Skills & resources Able to independently develop and maintain channels and KOLs, and to build and run a working partnership model. Highly attuned to local content platforms and KOL ecosystems, with hands-on campaign or partnership experience. Existing local resources in US-stock / research communities, investor-education platforms, or brokerage / exchange channels are a strong plus. Strong communication & negotiation, project execution, and data-analysis skills; able to hit targets under pressure. 4) Nice-to-haves Genuine interest or hands-on involvement in US stocks, global asset allocation, crypto assets, or fintech. Familiarity with the local regulatory and compliance environment, with the ability to anticipate risk points in partnerships. An existing local KOL resource pool tied to exchanges / brokerages. 3. Ways of working & growth path Location: In-market (India / Turkey) preferred; remote / distributed collaboration supported. On-the-ground presence required during the core launch phase. Reports to: CEO / COO. Growth path: Potential to grow into the regional Growth Lead / Country Lead, with deep involvement in full-funnel growth strategy, global channel expansion, and product GTM. 4.
