About the role
<Responsibilities> 1.Help productize AI / multimodal / 3D capabilities and turn them into reliable, production-ready systems 2.Participate in backend core module development and Python service development, supporting features from prototyping and experimentation to production launch 3.Work on real system problems including task orchestration, data processing, performance optimization, and service reliability 4.Collaborate with algorithm, frontend, and product teams to ship features related to AI Agent, Design AI, and 3D workflows 5.Contribute to engineering pipelines for multimodal data and 3D assets, supporting model integration, task execution, and product delivery 6.Use AI coding tools to improve development efficiency and support fast experimentation and iteration on open-ended problems <What We Offer> 1.The opportunity to work on real AI / multimodal / 3D / Agent products rather than peripheral support work 2.Exposure to the full path from experimentation and model integration to backend engineering and product delivery 3.Direct collaboration with the core team, with fast feedback and a steep learning curve 4.Necessary development resources and relatively flexible working arrangements 5.Potential for full-time conversion based on performance
Requirements
<Requirements> 1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field 2.Strong programming fundamentals and proficiency in Python 3.Solid project experience, with the ability to independently develop modules, debug issues, and support integration 4.Strong interest in engineering execution, with the ability to break down ambiguous problems and push them forward 5.Interest in AI / multimodal / 3D systems, and motivation to turn model or algorithm capabilities into real usable products 6.Strong learning ability, self-drive, and collaboration skills; comfortable using AI coding tools in daily development 7.Availability of at least 4 days per week for 3+ months is preferred <Preferred Qualifications> 1.Experience with Python service development, task orchestration, data pipelines, or general system engineering 2.Experience with Agent / RAG / workflow / tool calling / model integration / AI application development 3.Experience with 3D scene understanding, scene representation, graphics/rendering systems, spatial reasoning, or controllable generation 4.Ability to design experiments, break down problems, and evaluate results rather than only implementing assigned tasks 5.Strong personal projects, open-source contributions, technical writing, or an active GitHub profile 6.Experience across both AI / multimodal and 3D / generative systems is a plus, but not required
