About the role
SmartX is seeking a Growth Lead with deep‑rooted expertise in trading‑product growth. You will build out the trading growth system and take ownership of user acquisition and trading‑volume performance. What You Will Do ‑ Design and execute end‑to‑end growth strategies covering user acquisition, activation, retention and trading conversion. ‑ Build affiliate, referral, introducing‑broker (IB) and rebate programmes. ‑ Develop growth strategies targeted at traders, KOLs, communities and regional markets, and drive execution across key channels. ‑ Define core growth metrics, and continuously optimise channel ROI, conversion rates, user quality and trading volume.
Requirements
What We Are Looking For ‑ Hands‑on growth experience within crypto exchanges, perpetual‑contract platforms, DEXs, wallets or other trading‑focused products. ‑ Proven track‑record driving growth for trading users, with direct accountability for user‑base or trading‑volume outcomes. ‑ In‑depth knowledge of trading‑industry growth models including affiliate, referral, IB and rebate schemes. ‑ Comfortable working both at the strategic level and in hands‑on execution; highly data‑driven and results‑oriented. Nice‑to‑Have ‑ Experience building a trading‑growth or rebate system from scratch. ‑ Prior growth‑marketing experience targeting Asian markets. ‑ Active power‑user of crypto/trading products, with a personal X (Twitter)‑based influencer profile.
