Growth Manager — Trading

About the role
SmartX is looking for a Growth Manager with hands‑on experience in trading‑user growth and channel operations. You will implement growth strategies and drive growth in user base and trading volume. What You Will Do ‑ Operate growth channels including Affiliate, Referral and Rebate programmes. ‑ Source and maintain relationships with traders, KOLs, trading communities and affiliate partners. ‑ Execute campaigns for user acquisition, activation, retention and trading conversion. ‑ Track channel ROI, conversion rates, user quality and trading volume, and carry out continuous optimisation.
Requirements
What We Are Looking For ‑ Relevant working experience with crypto exchanges, perpetual‑contract platforms, DEXs, wallets or other trading‑focused products. ‑ Proven practical experience in trading‑user growth, with solid knowledge of trading‑user acquisition and conversion. ‑ Experience and existing resources in outreach to KOLs, traders, communities or external channels. ‑ Strong execution skills, data‑driven and results‑oriented. Nice‑to‑Have ‑ User‑growth experience at top‑tier crypto exchanges or on‑chain trading products. ‑ Active power‑user of crypto/trading products, with your‑own personal‑brand IP and trading‑community resources.
