About the role
Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) in daily development and bug fixing. Break requirements into tasks with mentor guidance; use AI to assist implementation. Read, test, modify, and supplement AI-generated code. Help maintain prompts, dev standards, issue logs, and project documentation. Develop Java backend APIs, business logic, and data processing functions. Develop React frontend pages: lists, forms, detail pages, and admin dashboards. Complete page edits, field adjustments, API integration, and bug fixes based on design mockups or specs. Write and maintain SQL: table creation, queries, data verification, and simple data fixes. Learn code standards, module design, and business development practices through code reviews. Set up local environments; run basic functional and API tests. Locate, fix, and verify bugs based on test feedback. Maintain feature lists, progress, issue logs, and simple technical documentation. Commit code via Git branches and Pull Requests. Assist with basic Docker deployment, environment configuration, and log troubleshooting.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above; CS, Software Engineering, Information Management, Math, Automation preferred. Solid programming foundation; strong Java fundamentals preferred. Basic Java Web knowledge; exposure to Spring Boot, MyBatis, RESTful API. Basic frontend knowledge; exposure to React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS. Basic SQL; familiar with MySQL or PostgreSQL. Git basics: clone, branch, commit, push, pull, merge. Used at least one AI coding tool (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini). Has course, internship, GitHub, competition, or personal projects — can explain specific contributions. Basic English reading ability (with translation tools). Detail-oriented, willing to learn, proactive in troubleshooting and documenting. Nice-to-Haves Java + Spring Boot project experience. Admin systems, e-commerce, ERP, finance, reporting, or data management projects. React, Vue, Vite, TailwindCSS, Ant Design exposure. Docker, Linux, Postman, Apifox, Navicat, DBeaver experience. Understanding of Redis, JWT, access control, message queues. GitHub, blog, open-source contributions, technical notes, or AI tool usage examples. Interest in finance, tax, enterprise software, ERP, or Web3.
