About the role
Sats Terminal is seeking a Head of Business Development with deep-rooted expertise in crypto partnerships and financial products. You will build our commercial pipeline and take ownership of strategic integrations, institutional relationships, and partnership-driven revenue. What You Will Do ‑ Develop and execute an end-to-end business-development strategy across wallets, foundations, integration partners, and VIP user onboarding ‑ Source, negotiate and close SDK, distribution, lending, liquidity and other partnerships. ‑ Build relationships with decision-makers across the Bitcoin, crypto and institutional-finance ecosystems. ‑ Own the full partnership lifecycle, from outreach and commercial structuring through integration, launch and account expansion. ‑ Work closely with product and engineering to translate partner requirements into successful production integrations. ‑ Define core BD metrics, maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and continuously improve conversion rates, deal velocity and partner-generated revenue.
Requirements
What We Are Looking For ‑ Hands-on business-development, partnerships, institutional sales experience within crypto, fintech, trading, lending or financial infrastructure. ‑ Proven track record sourcing, negotiating and closing complex, revenue-generating partnerships. ‑ Strong network across wallets, exchanges, custodians, lenders, fintech companies or crypto infrastructure providers. ‑ Solid understanding of APIs, SDK integrations, liquidity, trading and lending products. ‑ Comfortable working both at the strategic level and in hands-on execution; highly commercial, proactive and results-oriented. ‑ Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work directly with founders, executives and technical teams. Nice-to-Have - Fluent in Mandarin ‑ Existing relationships with major wallets, exchanges, investors and institutional lenders. ‑ Experience taking an API or infrastructure partnership from initial outreach through production launch. ‑ Deep familiarity with Web3 Infrastructure products ‑ Prior business-development experience across the US or Asian markets
