About the role
## Job Responsibilities ‑ Deliver end‑to‑end UI/UX design for web and mobile products, including trading terminals, data dashboards, market pages, signal pages and AI‑analytics modules. ‑ Establish complex information architecture and user workflows. Organise on‑chain data, trading market data and AI‑analytics content to deliver clean, high‑efficiency user interfaces. ‑ Build product component libraries and unified visual design systems, align cross‑platform visual styles and accumulate standardized brand‑design assets. ‑ Collaborate closely with product, engineering and operations teams to drive design implementation. Create promotional visuals such as demo videos, posters and presentation slides upon request.
Requirements
## Requirements ‑ Bachelor’s degree or above. Proficient in written and spoken English; comfortable leveraging AI‑powered tools to support design workflows. ‑ Minimum 2 years of hands‑on UI/UX product‑design experience with shipped‑to‑market product portfolios. Prior design experience for web and mobile‑based trading products is required. ‑ Advanced skills in Figma with proven capabilities for component‑library construction and standardized design hand‑off. ‑ Strong visual‑design judgement. Able to independently design interfaces for fintech‑ and data‑focused products and deliver complete visual‑spec systems. ‑ Practical project experience building complex interfaces for data dashboards, SaaS platforms, financial‑trading tools or AI‑driven applications. ‑ Proactive in adopting AI‑assisted design and development tools to boost productivity. ## Nice‑to‑Have ‑ Design experience for financial‑trading products: stock platforms, crypto‑trading exchanges, quantitative‑trading tools, on‑chain‑data websites or prediction‑market applications. ‑ UI‑UX design experience for AI assistants, AI‑data analytics platforms or AI‑auto‑reporting solutions. ‑ Hands‑on experience with code‑generating design tools including Cursor, v0 and Lovable. ‑ Familiarity with Web3 business scenarios such as DeFi, on‑chain trading, crypto wallets and prediction markets. ## Portfolio Guidelines ‑ Priority will be given to complex‑product projects covering tools, data dashboards and trading platforms. Pure marketing landing pages or campaign visuals will not be treated as core evaluation references. ‑ Submissions should clearly demonstrate information hierarchy, interaction workflows and full‑cycle design‑thinking processes. ‑ Preference for restrained, professional visual styles suited to tech‑and‑data products. Candidates with component‑library and brand‑system building experience are highly preferred.
