About the role
1. International Business Modeling (excl. China's HK, Macao, Taiwan): Conduct in-depth research on block trade tax and accounting regulations in major overseas jurisdictions (e.g., IRS in the United States, IRAS in Singapore), as well as in China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Build complex business models supporting Capital Gains, Income Tax, and Cost Basis calculations (FIFO/HIFO/LIFO). 2. Complex Implementation & Delivery: Lead customized implementations for large-scale block-trade institutional clients (exchanges, asset management firms, mining operations). Conduct in-depth requirements analysis and Gap Analysis, delivering consulting-grade implementation solutions. 3. Value Delivery & Growth: Serve as an expert-level point of contact, maintaining long-term relationships with client C-Level executives (CFO/Tax Director). Continuously drive product feature iteration and compliance value output.
Requirements
Requirements 1. Background: 5-8 years of experience in financial digitalization or ERP implementation; overseas tax and finance project experience preferred (excluding China's Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan regions). 2. Technical Expertise: Excellent product modeling and architecture capabilities. Proficient in ERP or enterprise management system architecture, familiar with product tools such as prototyping and project management. Nice to Have 1. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of block trade business scenarios, familiarity with block trade tax compliance frameworks and pain points. 2. Hybrid Capabilities: English reading and communication skills, senior project management ability, capable of managing multiple delivery projects simultaneously.
