About the role

Frontrun is a profitable, fast-growing trading product for onchain traders with 50K+ active users, backed by YZI Labs and AllianceDAO. We're looking for one person to own the top of our funnel end-to-end: getting traders to discover Frontrun, and making sure they succeed once they're in. This is a hybrid marketing + trader onboarding role. On any given week you might be: running cold outreach to high-volume traders and KOLs on X/Telegram, personally onboarding new traders and walking them through their first sessions, managing relationships with our most active power users, writing threads and campaign copy, running referral and cashback experiments, and feeding what you learn from traders back into product. You'll work directly with the founder. There's no playbook to hand you — you'll write it. We care about outcomes (activated traders, retained volume), not activity, and you'll have real autonomy over channels, messaging, and budget to get there.

Requirements

- Deeply crypto-native: you trade onchain yourself (or have), live on Crypto Twitter/Telegram, and speak trader natively — memecoins, PnL culture, the works - Proven ability to do outbound that converts: cold DMs, community infiltration, KOL relationships — and the follow-through to turn a contact into a long-term relationship - Extremely resourceful and high-agency: you default to action, figure things out without being told, and are comfortable owning a goal rather than a task list - Comfortable with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats at an early-stage startup - Bonus: existing network of traders or KOLs; bilingual English/Chinese; experience with referral/affiliate programs
