About the role
- Own the full growth loop — user acquisition → activation → retention → conversion. - Run KOL & community outreach: source and nurture trader communities and KOLs (English-speaking markets). - Craft content that carries De1's vision — threads, announcements, campaign copy — in De1's voice (reason in public, receipts over hype). - Execute campaigns: referrals, incentives, and trading competitions. - Track channel ROI, conversion rates, user quality, and volume; iterate continuously. - Work alongside De1's content pipeline and the CMO orchestration layer to keep every campaign aligned with the vision.
Requirements
- Deep alignment with De1's vision — you understand why live execution beats replayed data, and you can communicate it without overclaiming. This matters more than anything else on this list. - Experience with crypto exchanges, trading venues, DEXs, wallets, or other trading products. - Proven user-growth track record, plus strong content craft — threads and announcements that actually travel. - Existing KOL / trader / community network (English-speaking). - Data-driven and execution-oriented
