Operations Manager (Financial ERP)

About the role
1. System Operations & Maintenance: Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's financial ERP systems, including system monitoring, issue resolution, user permission management, data maintenance, version releases, and operational continuity assurance. 2. Business System Support: Manage requirements gathering, process optimization, issue diagnosis, and resolution for finance-related business systems. Ensure the stable operation of core financial processes including accounting, reimbursement, budgeting, treasury, and financial reporting. 3. Operations Management Framework: Establish and continuously improve operations management mechanisms, including incident response protocols, regular inspection systems, backup and recovery procedures, change management processes, emergency response plans, and knowledge base development. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with finance, business operations, R&D, implementation consultants, and external vendors to drive system optimization, process improvements, and project implementation. 5. System Integration: Manage data interfaces, process integration, and exception troubleshooting between ERP and peripheral systems, improving operational efficiency and data accuracy. 6. AI-Enabled Operations: Drive the application of AI tools in operations scenarios, including intelligent Q&A, document organization, fault analysis, scripting assistance, report generation, and process automation.
Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Management, Financial Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields. 2. Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT operations, ERP operations, or enterprise information systems management, with at least 2 years of team management or project management experience. 3. ERP & Finance Knowledge: Familiarity with core financial ERP business processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable/Payable, Expense Reimbursement, Budgeting, Treasury, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting modules. 4. Problem-Solving & Communication: Strong analytical skills, fault diagnosis capabilities, and cross-functional communication skills. Ability to coordinate business, technical, and external resources to resolve complex issues. 5. Technical Operations: Proficiency in foundational operations tasks including databases, APIs, permissions management, system logging, monitoring, and backup/recovery. 6. AI Proficiency: Experience using AI tools to improve work efficiency, with practical application in document writing, issue analysis, data processing, and process optimization. 7. Service Mindset: Strong sense of responsibility, service orientation, and ability to work under pressure to ensure the stability of critical business systems. 8. Blockchain Knowledge (Preferred): Understanding of blockchain fundamentals or their application in finance, auditing, and data trustworthiness scenarios. Nice to Have • Experience in large enterprises, financial services, internet companies, supply chain operations, cross-border business, or financial shared service centers. • Familiarity with mainstream ERP systems, financial platforms, or related systems such as OA, expense control, treasury, tax, or reporting platforms. • Experience in system implementation, process optimization, automated operations, or data governance. • Practical experience or research in AI Agents, RPA, intelligent operations, blockchain for data provenance, or smart contracts.
