Finance Manager/Senior Finance Manager - Investment Reporting

About the role

We are hiring a Finance Manager / Senior Manager to support the Finance Lead across portfolio monitoring, and finance operations. This is a high-exposure, hands-on role in a fast-moving environment, ideal for someone with a strong foundation in Big 4 advisory, transaction services, or investment operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring financial integrity across our international structure of SPVs and holding entities, including Crypto Financial Accounting and Reporting. Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Accounting & Reporting - Maintain accurate financial records across group entities (SPVs, HoldCos) - Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger management in accounting system - Coordinate quarterly closings, management accounts, and investor reports - Reconcile token and fiat flows, monitor realized vs unrealized gains - Liaise with external accountants/auditors in different jurisdictions - Review and process payments, invoices, and fund flows - Support automation and controls for multi-entity cash and token management - Maintain approval workflows and documentation - Track treasury activity, service provider spend, and operating reserves across entities 2. Financial Analysis – Portfolio Companies - Review and analyse financial statements submitted by portfolio companies; identify trends, risks, and performance against investment thesis - Build and maintain financial models for individual portfolio companies to track revenue, burn rate, runway, and key operating metrics - Prepare periodic portfolio performance reports for the Finance Lead and investment committee, highlighting companies requiring attention or follow-on consideration - Conduct valuation workings for illiquid equity positions (e.g. last round, comparable transactions, DCF where applicable) to support quarterly NAV and investor reporting - Support due diligence on follow-on rounds — review financial projections, cap table movements, and use of proceeds 3. Portfolio Monitoring & Management - Track vesting schedules, lock-up periods, and TGE timelines for all token positions; flag upcoming liquidity events to relevant stakeholders - Reconcile on-chain token inflows and outflows against off-chain records; investigate discrepancies and escalate material variances - Maintain up-to-date cap table records and ownership percentages across SPVs and holding entities - Monitor portfolio companies' financial health where reporting obligations exist; flag covenant breaches or material adverse developments

Requirements

Who You Are Must-Have Qualifications - 8-12+ years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or transaction advisory - Strong financial analysis skills and understanding of core accounting principles - Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills, including modeling and reconciliation workflows - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to work independently - Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and external advisors - Comfortable in remote-first, high-autonomy environments Preferred Background - Prior experience at a Big 4 accounting firm (audit, advisory, TS, or FDD teams) - Experience in venture capital, private equity, or growth-stage investing - Familiarity with crypto transactions, token accounting, or SPV management
