About the role
1. Participate in CARF/CRS advisory projects. Assist clients in assessing their entities’ reporting obligations, compliance procedures and process improvements across jurisdictions under CARF/CRS and local laws. Assist in preparing advisory reports and follow up on project delivery. 2. Assist clients with research on reporting registration requirements across jurisdictions under CARF/CRS and local laws, and provide reporting support. 3. Participate in international tax advisory project, including shareholding and operating structure planning, transfer pricing, tax incentive applications and tax filings. 4. Communicate with clients and prepare service proposals. 5. Assist with tax research and clients’ tax matters.
Requirements
Chinese-English bilingual required 1. At least two years of work experience at an accounting firm or a financial institution such as a bank or securities firm. Experience in CRS/FATCA advisory, due diligence or reporting is preferred. 2. Able to use English as a working language, including reading English legislation and professional materials, drafting reports in English, and communicating with clients. 3. An interest in crypto. Relevant experience is preferred. 4. A bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, taxation, finance, law or a related discipline. 5. Detail-oriented and responsible, with an ability to learn effectively and good communication and collaboration skills.
